At LaNoTa Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every batch is third-party tested and verified for purity and identity. If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, we will make it right.
Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return or replacement if:
- Damaged in Transit: Product arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised. Photographic evidence required.
- Quality Issues: Product fails our quality standards (purity, identity, or potency). Certificate of Analysis will be provided.
- Wrong Product: You received an incorrect product or quantity.
- Unopened/Sealed: Product is still in original sealed packaging (for non-damaged returns).
Return Process

Provide Documentation
Send clear photos showing damage, packaging condition, and product condition.
Return Authorization
We will provide a return shipping label and authorization number.
Ship Back to Us
Use the provided shipping label to return the product. Shipping is free for quality issues.
Receive Replacement or Refund
Once received and verified, we'll send a replacement or process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Bank Processing
Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to credit the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products opened or used (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products without original packaging or seals
- Products ordered in error by the customer
Replacement vs. Refund

Exceptions

- Fraudulent or suspicious return claims
- Products used for purposes other than research
- Returns without proper documentation or authorization
- Repeated returns from the same customer without valid reasons
