5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Products are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain integrity. Import duties and taxes for shipments within the EU are included where applicable.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are accepted only for products that are defective or not as described. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in original, unopened condition with documentation. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
7. Limitation of Liability
LaNoTa Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond research use.
